Jared Roberts is Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Right Brain + Left Brain, a Pittsburgh-based, marketing firm. In that capacity he provides integrated marketing for small businesses, associations, non-profits and professional service firms. With expertise in both traditional and new media, the firm’s services range from social media administration to complete communications packages.

Previously Jared served as Director of Member Programs for the Pittsburgh Technology Council, the nation’s first, and among the largest, regional technology trade associations where he directed the development of programs and member services offered to more than 1,500 technology companies, entrepreneurs. economic development organizations and universities. Earlier in his career he worked in business development for a large communications corporation and launched a tech startup that eventually sold to a videoconferencing manufacturer.

Throughout his career Jared has created and hosted more than 300 events including marquee annual conferences and awards programs. He has helped launch a variety of user groups and peer networks to provide members with access to professional development and focused networking. Jared also designed CareerCasts, interactive interviews with association members companies, used as a high-tech tool for employee recruitment. He developed an eUniversity to offer an online training catalog of more than 6,000 business and technical courses to professionals.

Jared earned a BA in Social Ecology with a Minor in Comparative Culture from the University of California Irvine along with an MBA from Waynesburg University.
